Refund policy

Returns
All Sales Are Final. Exchanges can be made for store credit. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please reach out before returning an item.

Please contact me if there is an issue with a re-sized or custom-made ring.

If you would like an adjustment to your piece (length/size) we are happy to help you with that.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial store credit are granted:
Jewelry with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Repairs

Gifts

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1442a Walnut St. #56 Berkeley,CA 94709

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
